All bookings require a RM50 deposit to confirm your slot. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made by the customer.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your booked time. Session timing starts as scheduled, not upon arrival.
Lost time due to late arrival will not be replaced or extended. If you arrive after session ends, a new booking is required subject to availability.
Extension requests are only possible if the next slot is available. Additional charges apply at studio rates.
Cancellation or date change must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Deposit is forfeited if cancelled less than 24 hours before.
Customers are responsible for the cleanliness and safety of studio equipment. Damage or loss will incur replacement charges.
Maximum guests must follow the set capacity. Additional charges may apply if exceeded.
Smoking, alcohol, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The studio may end sessions without refund if rules are violated.
The studio reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice and to reject non-compliant bookings.
